  Bespoke Treatment Options:

• You can choose if you would like a Light, medium or firm pressure.

• You have the option to incorporate trigger pointing - a technique of finding knots within the muscles and applying firm pressure in order to relieve tension.

• You have the option to add the use of restorative hot stones to warm the body and calm the mind (+£10)
